Attorneys and their staff who draft filings with the help of AI (answers, motions, and similar documents) and want to produce them in a court-accepted format directly from a conversation.

How it works

You connect DocketDrafter to your AI assistant once. After that, you ask for a document in plain language; DocketDrafter writes it in the correct court format and shows you a preview with a Word download. You stay in control: the assistant proposes the draft, and you review and download it yourself.

DocketDrafter is a first-party service. Documents you create through it are handled under the DocketDrafter privacy policy.
